Gold Leaf Europe's

 Premium Cannabis Growing Facility:

How Will Its Products Be Sold?

A major pharmaceutical firm has expressed interest in buying Gold Leaf Europe’s entire output, for all four phases, on the condition that cuttings from the commercial operation replicate the test results from the project’s pilot plant. See Laboratory Test Results.

This will be a direct sale agreement, meaning the buyer will handle all logistical details from the growing facility to market. This will allow Gold

Leaf to capture 100% of the wholesale price from the European countries in which its medicinal cannabis is distributed, less a 20% discount to the buyer.

It is possible that, by the time Gold Leaf begins operations, the pharmaceutical firm will have found other suppliers.

For this reason, Gold Leaf' has moved forward with becoming a licensed distributor in Germany, which is the country in which Gold Leaf expects to sell the majority of its Flower and Flower Buds.

By being a licensed distributor, Gold Leaf will be able to capture 100% of the wholesale price paid by German dispensaries. If Gold Leaf sells through another distributor, it will be able to only capture 50% of the wholesale price.

Gold Leaf also has made begun working in Israel to become a supplier of edibles and capsules, which account for nearly 80% of the market there, which Gold Leaf will begin producing in Phase 2.
