CDMZ Partners is the coordinating group and operator for ADE-Enterprises' innovative project development service, which focuses on developing projects to be carried out by the companies and partners of American Diversified Enterprises.

Several projects are in the early planning stages, which will introduce and encourage environmental awareness and stewardship, adoption and use of state-of-the-art technologies, opportunities for community enrichment, and adoption and use of planet-friendly building materials and techniques and advanced farming methods,
